Got rates off that site before, now it looks like it's been dead since 2009. What's the new source for residuals and money factors?

Works for me too. Although the rates don't seem accurate at all.

Well, exactly my point. The site is still "alive", but the lease rates haven't been updated since 2010. I wonder if they were shut down for distributing mfg info. Maybe they were sued by someone for posting the resids and money factors. Does anyone have a new site with the same new info?

No, we are still here.

Been working on a new consumer product that we are launching next month.

I've also hired a new person to help with Forum replies.

Announcements coming soon.

Ok, cause I was quoted $600 on a Chevy Cruze, which the dealer here has it listed at 199.

Well our bank programs are never going to compete with the mfg subsidized programs where they artificially raise the residual or lower the money factor.

Having said that, some of the new things we are working on for the website will start quoting these programs.

Stay tuned .....

Great to hear and glad that you monitor this forum! The lease compare forum has not been updated with new mfg lease residuals and money factor lists for a long time. This is really the best tool to review if a particular model is a "good" lease car or not. It makes it easy to check all the models in a brand to see if the mfg has any subvened leases.
Glad to hear an update is coming! New mfg lease schedules would be welcome!
