Miami PPI

I'm interested in a very nice 997 in South Miami. The owner was kind enough to take it to the Collection for a DME scan. Sounds easy enough and the deal will be sealed but he is informed that the Collection will under no circumstance do a DME scan or any pre-purchase inspection. I've never heard of a dealer who won't do a DME scan but that's beside the point now. So, can anyone point me in the right direction. A competent independent shop would be great. Thanks.

Scott Finlay motorsports and Vertex Automotive are both in the area and will do PPIs. I've had the Collection tell me they don't do PPIs, but if you pay for an oil change (approx $250 IIRC) they will check out the car for you. I'd rather just have someone else do a real PPI. So in the end they did not do the DME?

Thanks, I'll give them both a call. The Collection wouldn't touch the DME. The advisor went so far as to tell me how he would have to explain to his wife and children why he lost his job.
