I got a reply after months from rob@vivid saying he will get back at me, then another msg saying he didnt have time to contact vorsteiner yet, but will get back at me when he gets the time.. wtf is this, you think we not busy?!? Yet we still have time to try to contact you and reply to this thread. How is it that when i wanted to buy, you replied within minutes, and had no problem contacting vorsteiner real fast?? A real f*kn joke, im with you Az!!

Honestly we have had customer service issues. Like any business that has a customer service issues we try to solve them as we did with you. To say that we have a bad customer service record though is false. Today we are on invoice # 123630, so if i have 25 customers with issues over the past 12 years i'm still not happy about it but can't make everything perfect all of the time.

You're issue is different then most because you just don't want to solve the problem.

Regarding jam above, I sent him a pm yesterday night saying I was sorry that I couldn't reach him and I would call him today that has happened.

In a word, you're unreasonable. I would do nothing for you with your bad attitude and smear campaign. They're running a business and you're taking up way too much of their time and energy. Vorsteiner are sponser on this site, why they are not saying anything?? Maybe they know about these issues, thats why they let the vendors take the sh*t.
Anyways, Rob did call me today, waiting to see what he says after I send him pictures.

100% Unreasonable- I swear to God if this was my customer i'd tell him to go you know what himself!

Refund-pay for return shipping & thats not enough? for someone that didn't test fit a part & painted it, installed it & now doesn't want it? Thats crazy!

seriously what else could this guy want? this is crazy.....i think he literally wants them to come remove the bumper from his car themselves!

I am for customer service & if i got something that didn't fit i'd also expect a refund, but this guy is 100% unreasonable....

I'm in the whole 1800 for labor as it is and another 1400...to get the new bumper installed and painted...

Why don't you just settle this on your own and stop making it public. I don't care what happens. I'm sure others feel the same. I'm tired of being reminded every time someone contributes to this thread. Little of which seems to be in your favor.
