what happens when you money shift a brand new Boss 302 on the track. pics included
It goes BOOM!! Car had 8k miles. Felt bad for the guy, but had to share

What do you mean money shift?

I had seen a Boss 302 at our local autocross last month. Very nice car!

First rule in racing - no money shifts (otherwise known as know how to shift) or buy an automatic.

It's a catastrophic down shift when you're running high RPM and (for example) shift from 4th to 3rd instead of 4th to 5th.

The owner indicated that he got a track warranty from the dealership when he purchased the vehicle and was convinced this event will be covered.
