Which is harder on an engine, traffic in 40deg c or track action in 32deg C

What do our brothers think? Wihc as worse, traffic jams in 40 deg C or tracktime in 32. deg C?

I would think that stop and go traffic in 104F with little to no air movement and the cooling system working at max effort would be harder on the engine and other systems than a track day at 90F. Of course, the inverse is probably true for the brakes and rotors.
