The Fabspeed 997 Quad oval tips should be out soon. I will be shipping by 8/7/05 If you have been waiting and mention this email I will take $50 extra off for the wait. I am extremely PICKY about quality and longevity of exhaust products and tips and everything. I am a perfectionist.........this causes delays.

I will post pictures of my black 997"S" with the tips. My quad tips will fit the regular 997 cars too!

Our Fabspeed COLD AIR upgrade kit for the stock 997 airboxes made +11HP on my 997"S" and was tested on the DYNO @ Powertech on a extremely accurate Dynapack Dyno.

You can 100% absolutely hear it and feel it. Just leave the MAF screen in and change out the other parts. My friend Todd @ EVO also make a quality V Flow system for all 996 and 997 cars. WE offer these as well.

Have a great day
Joe

+11 HP???

Joe, I gotta call bull**** on that bro, no dis-respect.

I have friends on this forum w/ 997's & 997 S's that have it as well with the exact same experience (not naming any names).

We dont seem to be achieving these gains.

another gripe:

the red cap ALWAYS falls (or blows) off. Every time I open the engine there it is laying loose.

Hose clamp?......or would you mind sending me a new one that STAYS ON?

If you need a new red cap.....let me know. You must re-use the stock Porsche stainless hose clamp that was on the stock black hose. It wont come off.

+11.8HP on my 997"S" car is a significant gain that you can feel. Yes it doesnt feel like +50HP when you change the chip in a 996Twin Turbo.........but never the less it is a significant gain.

Wait till you see HOW PORSCHE gained +26HP and like 19ftlbs of torque on the 997"S" with X51 powerkit. They made some mild improvement to the stock 997 AIRBOX and put on better headers.
The 997 are deliberately choked up...........for future sales planning reasons............people will trade cars in for meaningfull hp gains.

My compnay Fabspeed can easily improve on the X51 exhaust and do a little more on the intake.........I looked both over at HERSHEY.

Anyway.........my DYNO results are real and Powertech is in New Jersey and their dyno is more accurate than any roller dyno as the rear wheels/tires are removed and the wheels HUBS are directly bolted direct to the dyno.

Have a great day...............come try out my 997"S" before she ships out this week.

New development car on the way to Fabspeed.

Working on Gallarod parts and Ferrari 360 performance parts WITHOUT insance price points!!!!!!!!

Videos and Results to Follow.
best regards
Joe
