Hibernate
I've been a little jealous continuing to read the various posts since my P-car was put in hibernation on Nov 1st. Nice that many of you gets to drive it year round. I just don't want mine to come in contact with any road salt... It will come out to play on April 1st. So in the meantime, I will have to live vicariously through you guys!!!

LOL, I m kinda in the same boat but I ll take mine out as long as the roads are dry and snowfree. I can go from snow to 50 miles south to clear roads. I m not worried about a little salt dust.

Is that a Volare station wagon? No way friend, drive the 911 - its not going to hurt it, then again I live in AZ I love posts that where the owner says "never seen rain" really? Is it going to melt, ruin the car, its one of the dumbest statements made IMO of course.

At the end of the day... I don't care that it's been driven in the snow, rain and road salt. I care about how it was maintained, records, did it sleep in a garage, how it looks, how the seats look, the carpet, paint. Get a PPI and DME reports. Even having 10-20k miles more than average is not a deal killer. These are Fantastically engineered cars.... All the cars at the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart look great and have tons of miles on them. They are meant to be driven, it's your responsibility to drive it year round. I get my Winter Wheels and tires this week! 19" Nokian's.
