I went from a supercharged (ESS ASA blower) E46 M3 to the 997 C2. I never got used to the E9X M3 styling, and missed owning a P-car (prior to M3).

Mine is non-S, Tiptronic with Sport, and it's a great daily driver - the "tip" is really great in traffic, and the addition (didn't come standard, but does with most if not all "S") of the Sport mode improved performance dynamics - much quicker shifting, in auto mode a higher RPM shift mode, start off from 1st, versus in non-sport mode function 2nd, higher tolerance on PSM (like DSC on the ///M), and improved throttle response like the ///M on "Sport" mode.

I've driven a PDK and it's really great. My next P-Car will definitely include that. For what it's worth all my other cars were 6MT and I love the P-Car auto.
