VF supercharger and passing smog in CA?

If it's an out-of-state (CA) car I don't believe you have any way of getting back at the seller. Its a 'Buyer Beware' scenario.
Having to deal w/ CA emissions inspection/testing every 24 months is a PITA w/ a 'modified' car. Removing the SC and other non-compliant mods is not a good answer (IMHO). Best to bite the bullet and sell the car to a buyer in a emissions 'friendly' state.

Interesting, over the last 10 years of buying and selling cars I never received a car already smogged and never sold a car pre-smogged. Guess I've just been doing it wrong
