Looks to me like the springs are integrated as part of the base. You can make out part of the springs in the photo. Part #997 731 219 00.

Yeah... the springs are within that part which is $250. For that kind of cash, I'd leave the mirror loose. Shame we cant get just the $1 spring.... which I would gladly pay $10 for!
Call a junk yard (LA Porsche recycler) or search eBay. Not worth that price new.
