Condensation in side marker

My driver side cleared out side marker is filled with condensation and has been since I bought the car a month ago. Does this indicate a faulty marker that I should replace, or is there some way to fix it?

who knows but theyre cheap enough and only a 60 second replacement. just get a new one.
