whats the best size of spacers for 997.2 S narrow body?
hi guys,
It's been a little bit more than 1 month I've been driving my 997 and I'm now considering to add some spacers to the wheels to make the tires look wider I guess.
I have a 09 997.2S narrow body, stock 19" wheels and I wanted to ask you guys what's a good size of spacers to get for the front and back and what brand to get too?
Thank you

Many say 7mm front and 15mm rear is the perfect way to go. I know that's what I'm going to do on my 06 997.1 C2S with oem 19" wheels. From what I understand, with those wheels, you can go 15mm all around if you want as well.
Just make sure you get the right bolts to go along with the spacers.

Here is the spacer thread that shows what 7mm and 15mm look like versus stock

NorthVan, thanks for your link, I think I'll do 7mm and 15mm, I have the same color meteor grey and same wheels; however, I wonder why some people say the 15mm spacers are wayyy too much? they don't look that far out from your pics.

Make sure you buy the correct length wheel bolts.

I purchased my C2S and then changed the wheels to the turbos. I'm also interested in adding spacers but since I changed my wheels to the turbos I'm not sure how that should adjust the way I think about the spacers? Are the turbo's I got the same size as the originals that I had...meaning that doing 7mm and 15mm will be fine?

Why 7mm for me? Having the wheels flush with the body work will exeggerate the space between the fenders and the wheels. Now if your setup is stock which means not lowered that spacer in the rear will show the space. You wont like it and next thing you will want to do is lower the car. With 7mm spacer, that space between vodywork and wheels is still hidden.
