Occassonally, when I go to change a preset station by punching one of the numbered buttons the PCM turns off. Hit the on button and all seems fine. First time it happened thought I had just hit the off button by mistake but evidently that wasn't the case. Only does it occassioally and there doesn't appear to be anything else wrong with the unit . Anyone ever experienced this behavior ? Could this be software glitch ?

 

My display would sometimes go dark even though the radio still plays. It i restart the car, the display goes back on again. 3 hrs of ownership and it happens like 6 times already. I just installed the Dension and noticed that the factory connections in the back of the head unit were not tight.

Keeping an eye on it and see if that solved the problem.

 

I was having the same issue as well as several others and I have only owned my car for a few weeks. My PCM was restarting and losing the Bluetooth connection randomly and I would have to refresh xm every time I started the car. Took it to the dealer Monday and they reset some error codes and said I have to come back in 2 weeks when they get the latest software release. Since the appointment the xm is working fine but it still restarts randomly.
