I do not think it looks bad, honestly would have to see it in person. I agree that wood is more for Luxury Cars, but it looks a lot better than Silver or Carbon with that color interior. I would never pick that color interior on a sports car to begin with.

It's all about your taste. The various wood trims always look different in person.

Ended up ruling that car out. Could not bring myself to have wood trim in a 997. However, like some of you said, it is really different in person. Imho, just not right

Is this a Porsche Design option, or is it an aftermarked "add-on." Is the wood real or plastic (can't tell from pic).

Although I am a big fan of wood.
I can see this in a 6 series gran coupe. A 5 series, a 3 series coupe.
Not in an AMG E63, M5 or M3 or porsche

But at the end it is a personal preference.
