How about don't do it. That color is so irritating as an oncoming car. Don't know why they are allowed to be used. I don't have a problem with white..but the blue tint is a distracting look.

Don't understand why you'd want this - the bulbs won't improve your lighting visibiiity and you don't see them anyway unless you're driving into a mirror. I'd think a tricked out Honda was coming towards me if I saw the purple hue.

I'm assuming that someone from the Honda forum hijacked azqureshi's account.

Please don't do such an idiot thing, here in Mexico you only find this type of xenon, going all the way from 9000k to 12000k this is the temperature they work, more temperature becomes more purple. They are made in China, as I saw one day in an article they are banned in many country's because is bad for your visibility and for the other drivers a pain in the ***.
Soo if you want to look like a ricer or a bad type Mexican go and buy your horrible xenon lights in purple.

Just to let you know originals work between 5000k to 6000k no more than this, and is for a reason!!

As I recall it is illegal in a lot of states (MA for sure) to have colored headlights.

Going Blue? You are either a Cop or a silly Honda Civic

Don't do it. Instead go for the Violet Neon light under the chassis of the car.

I am sure they can be found at your local Pep Boys. They are all very clearly labeled for off road use only. I would personally not do it as it is very JDM and you will look like a 17 yr old with dads car but it's your car, your call. Would encourage you not to do so.

hey hey

Haha guys...You guys are way to much...thx for the input..the reason I asked was when I test drove the new S6 I pulled into the enclosed parking structure and it seems to project almost a bright blue/purple...Thought it looked pretty cool...Maybe it's LEDs in the Audi headlights...

Nonetheless which temperature rating is the one that matches the LED parking/fog lights and also is it the D1S bulb in the 997 also
What is the high beam bulb I don't have biXenon option on my Black Honda Civic that has a Porsche 997 kit...LOL

Stock HID's are D2S (4300). You can go to different white (bluish tint) with D2S (6000) but it's difficult to find these bulbs that are not seconds or knock-offs. Philips Ultinon are the pricey ones - $270+. Any price less than that are "fakes". Go any higher than 6000 you get the "honda blue" look. I believe the high beam halogen bulb is an H11.
