I just got Gundoed!
Just had my 997.1 C2 "Gundoed" for $250 at Lou's Custom Exhaust in Nashua, NH. What a great improvement in "aural pleasure." Sound had always been a let down in this car, but no more. It's my first real "mod" and it's a grand improvement. I love my car all over again

Just had mine done too. Found a great guy who fabs stainless exhausts in the central NJ area. Went to 10 places which wouldn't attempt the mod then found him.
Lesson learned for me was that the place needs a plasma cutter to do it and very few places have one.
Sounds great with 2" and x-pipe. Kudos to Gundo!
Paid only $50 each side!

You should trademark the "Gundo Hack"
BTW, I used to live in Ridgefield up to July '10. Drove an '05 M3 Convertible. Got the 997 Cab when I moved to North Carolina. I do wish I would have had it on some of the CT/NY country roads!

Still need 5 posts to do PMs, so here is the info on the guy who did the gundo so cheaply in NJ. (609) 894-2373 I'm pretty sure his name was Dave who works mostly on hotrods. He's in Pemberton.
