Love the E46 M3. Had two of them. An -02 in carbon black and an -04 in black. Your 997 next to it puts things in perspective though.

Great shots!!
Thanks, the e46 ages well, it's nice to be able to afford both nice cars.

We kinda ran from stop light to stop light. We were on a busy road and didn't want to go too crazy. I didn't want to dump my clutch so he had a head start but once I got around 3500 rpm, I caught up to him pretty quickly. I can tell if it was an open road, no cars, he'll be a tiny spec in my rear view mirror. On a roll, he would not had a chance. His engine is completely stock.

AWESOME!!
I still have my 02 Imola Red M3. I bought it new back in 02 when I lived in Germany. Its 6sp with 'no' sunroof. No power options, no nav, or HK stereo. Light weight!!

I love your 997.1 S. I have a 2008 Black Carrera. Yours looks lowered. What suspension and what wheels do you have? I recently bought a set of Bilstein PSS9 coilovers and waiting to buy a set of HRE P40s. Eventually would love to go with that GT3 front bumper..

Thanks for sharing..

A lot of people can't seem to let go of their e46, I don't blame them. I have H&R springs. The wheels are 20" iforged swifts. Full coilovers are nice and so are the HRE's, P40's are one of the best looking wheels for the Porsche. GT3 front bumper is quite popular, there is a reason for that, it looks the best.

I still get a ton of looks and compliments on my 05 ZCP e46 M3. I can't seem to sell the car. We're moving the MDX (also a great car) along to make way for my wifes 2013 Cayenne S which is currently out to sea in the mid Atlantic. I thought it was time to let go of the M3 but my wife knows how much I love the car and has encouraged me to keep it. It's a fun daily driver.
