Porsche 997 Front radiator

I want to know if someone knows which is the different between the 997 carrera OEM front radiator and the 997 gt3 OEM front radiator.
Do you believe that they make the same job?
Why they have different price?

i have been told that if you track your car you do not want the 997 carrera center radiator.. it expells the air from the bottom of the bumper creating lift.

with the gt3 version with correct ducting the air is vented out of the top center bumper grill.. you need to have a gt3 bumper in this instance or modify you bumper to add the center vent.

carrera center raditor with ducts around $250
gt3 center radiator with ducts around $1000

here is a link to what i found online.. i noticed it does not show the part for the vent ducting though!

report back on what you do.. i would be curious to know if you do the gt3.. that really is the right way to do it!

I have front bumper gemballa, supercharger vortech v2,custom front radiator and I'm curious to know if its big difference between mines, carrera 997s and porsche gt3 in the air intake temperature.
I measured the temperature and it was in 78F in the air and 130F in the air intake with 3 times one after another in the red line the 3rd,4th and 5th gear.

Thanks for posting.......

A few months ago, I installed the 3rd radiator and I did think my car has not been as stable at speed as before. Seriously, I did notice it --- I just chalked it off as paranoia (and I still do).
