TOK when depressing the clutch

TOK when depressing the clutch
Hi all,
On my C2S 2006 manual, when gear is engaged, when slowing down and depressing the clutch, I hear a somewhat loud TOK. And I think I feel it too on the pedal.
Any idea?
Covered by CPO?
