Pricing Advice

Hi all,

Been a long time lurker and now in the process of buying.

Been doing research looking at different websites (autotrader, 6speed, renn, cars) etc to see what going/average pricing is.

I also do know the Fall is a better tie to buy, but we all know when we want something at times we tend to just buy.

My question is:

I found a 2009 PDK C4S with 34k miles listed for 57k. Clean car fax, paint, service, etc in good standing. Is that a fair price or should I stand by as the new 991s are out and pricing will continue to drop toward the end of the year.

Trying to minimize the "got to have it now".. been without a sports car for some time.

Thanks,

Huy

The longer you wait the cheaper it gets, that is just how it is. If you don't mind the wait.

What other options (e.g., factory nav, full leather)? Is it from a dealer? CPO? Without knowing the answers to those questions, I would say that is a fair price.

It is full leather, CPO, it has Nav, heated seats. And sitting at a dealer.
I was planning to wait, but seems like a good deal and wanted a pulse check.

40K service will be due.... ask about that. Put up the dealer link and maybe we can help or at least give some insight.

Sounds like a really good deal for a CPO. I bought my car in the Winter, I did not notice prices much different than spring at all. Maybe on Cabrio, but even those I did not notice. I did notice cars that sat usually had issues when I went to see them or they were odd color combinations/missing must have options. Good cars sell well winter, spring, summer, and fall if they are priced right.

dealer, cpo, C4S 09 Full leather NAv. Unless it is an unsellable color, that is a greta price

On the online porsche pre owned locator cheapest CPO C4S is a 2010 with 14k at 78K

Thanks All - it's black. I originally have been sitting patient for a white one, black being my 2nd option. Only b/c black is a lot of work keeping clean (so i hear).

But price listed is the lowest I've seen with warranty and decent mileage. 4s as well. Think I'm going to pull the trigger. Will keep everyone posted.

Price Include the CPO? Maybe a CPO'able car....then when you want it they charge you a few grand to CPO the car.

Will do. Just sent email asking for it. Hopefully I can get it tomorrow, the DME results. Also going to just confirm warranty. Anything else I should ask?

I haven't even got into negotiating price yet. Was thinking of offering 55k to see if they'd go for it.

I think that car might not be a C4S. If I'm right it sat at Stevens Creek Audi for the last couple of months then it moved another bay area dealership. There are no exact car pictures just copied C4S pics.

If I'm not mistaken it's a regular C2 or a C2S.
