Fabspeed Supercup mufflers - anyone?
Is anyone here running the Fabspeed Supercup exhaust? If so, I'd be very interested in your impressions of the system's quality and sound. Thanks.

i've listened to a fabspeed clip on youtube, but they only have it on the 996. sounds very nice and doesn't seem to have one characteristic i don't like about the Afterhours mufflers. need to look into it a bit more. hopefully, i'll get a few other replies and maybe a firsthand account.

I would also like to hear some first hand accounts. If anyone is running the Supercups or even the Afterhours mufflers in San Diego, let me know, I would love to meet up and hear them.

I was fortunate that this was a muffler that the garage was I get my work done had for sale. They installed the muffler no charge to see how i'd like it. I had the supercup muffler installed for maybe 2 days max. It's way too loud for daily driving. The drone gets really annoying.
I ended up going with the fabspeed valvetronic muffler system

I was thinking to get supercup, but I didn't hear it in person, I am afraid it will be same loud as bypass pipes.
I have straight pipe on my car for month, but it is too loud for me, I don't even want to drive it anymore.
Now I took off muffler bypass pipes and put gundo back on the car, everything is back to normal.
If any body in NY area wanna buy it, I will sell them $150
Btw it is fabspeed

I'm looking to upgrade my exhaust and would like to meet up with anyone on Long Island to hears yours. I have the gundo hack (1.5") and not fond of the high pitched exhaust tune. Send me a PM if you can meet up.

Granted it's on my 996, I'd say it's going to be similar on a 997.1
I've had After hours for about a year(10k miles) and currently have the supercups. About a 1.5 years with the supercups with over 20k miles.
The after hours were gen2's (2 mufflers) and with both AH and supercups, I also have headers and 200 cell cats.
I'd say the sound is pretty much identical....loud...loud...but I daily with them.
Once in a while i think about going back to pse...but once traffic clears up and when I can keep the rpms up...that thought goes away

I went with the Fabspeed Maxflo mufflers and center x-pipe. Great low rumble and Sweet at WOT. No drone at highway cruising speed. Just thought the supercups would be too loud.
