Hard to say - I am not as familiar with the non GT1 engines - the photo I linked to above are MAFless setups for big turbos on 996TTs and 997TTs - the tube is connected directly to the turbine, so fabricating the pipe is over a very short distance.

It's a little bit difficult with my filter.
I will try with the tubes and I hope to have good results.

Is there space to drop a tube below the engine and go to the fender well?

You are not installing a fan. You are installing a fan switch that you can manually turn on to activate the existing fan(s). There are basically 2 fan locations. The radiator fans and the engine bay fan. By manually turning these on during hot days and in stop and go traffic, you will decrease your engine bay temp, as well as your IAT.

Do you have any idea(picture) how I have to install it?
I have to turn on manually the engine bay fan?

I believe that is a little difficult but I will try to drop elastic tubes near the wheels
