What does North SDL say about it? I assume they honor it since they sell it. Ask them what kind of success rate they have on claims with them - that will tell you. Talk to Dan, great guy and very honest.

What was the price, deductible and for how long? How many miles you have on your car now?

I only have 5,200 miles on it. It's a 6 year 60000 platinum warranty with a $100 deductible.

Given the miles on it, a new car, I would be inclined to not get a warranty. But I can see why you want it, so spend the 1800 for the peace of mind to cover any weird big ticket items.

I'm in the process of getting Fidelity, waiting for the contract to be mailed over so I can review it.

I called numerous Porsche dealerships and this is what they all seem to sell. It's good in all 50 states at all dealers. And it's seems reasonable for some piece of mind.
