My 1st Mod - RED GAUGE - o0()0o

Hi guys,

Got my 997.1 C2S for almost 3 months now and this is my first mod.

Instead of doing the Red face plate, I plastic-dip the rings of the gauge.

I'm very happy with the result. Here's the pic of the gauge while I'm still doing other parts of the car!

wow you had the courage to do that!! no damage to the clear plastics it seems. this is a great mod. im sure it will be followed by many...as long as its reversible and does not hurt any other surrounding parts. good show!

Nope. I like the matt look. And since it's so easy to do & redo, there isn't much need to have a clear coat for protection.
