200 Cell Cats
#16
I added the Fabspeed 200 cell x-pipe and noticed a decrease in sound of the PSE as Joel mentioned. However, when I added the Fabspeed headers, it gave me the more aggressive sound that I was looking for.

Sorry...did I miss it...what year is your car??
My 09 S has the Fabspeed X pipe and PSE and it's plenty loud for street IMO. It really howls and sounds absolutely bad a$$ at 4000 rpm or so. Not sure what you're going for but mine is on the edge of being annoying (to others) but it has a very exotic sound. I've not heard any other 997 sound like mine yet. Rev match a down shift under a bridge or in a tunnel and if it doesn't raise the hair on your arms...you're not alive! :-)

My experience was exactly the same, great combo. I don't know what effect the X pipe has on this setup.

Any thoughts on the FVD 200 cell cats?
Specifically these: http://www.fvd.de/us/en/Porsche-0/99..._U-Design.html
I dont want to lose any power/torque in the lower rev ranges.
Any comments would be appreciated.
Thanks!
