No more than 7mm in front and you could push it to 18mm rear yes. You can get them right here:

I feel better now - I was about to wreck havoc for $15...

Some people suggest 10 mm up front might be too much. Are you definitely going 10/17mm with the turbo wheels?

Cool 10mm should be right on the edge (in terms of being fine). It's only 3mm different...

Hmm on those I'd say maybe your local P-car dealer as there's no shipping

1. It will be noticably brighter, but not so much it will be blinding. Personally I think it really updates the interior feel to give it that clean feeling.

The PDF gives you step by step instructions, the only thing I would recommend is getting a trim tool kit or wrapping a screw driver end in tape to prevent any damage.
