09 C4S CPO with Bad Carfax??

I have been driving these cars for 15 years and have owned more than 10. Recently came across an 09 C4S 38k miles at a dealer who said they will CPO the car even though it has accident on carfax. They told me they personally know the car and the driver hit a mile marker on NJ Turnpike that damaged the wheels and scratched rear quarter, Police were called and report was filed. Looking to sell me the car for 59k Certified. Is this a good deal? Should I overlook the Carfax as the new CPO would trump the carfax??
If you have purchased ten Porsches without any assistance from this forum this one should be a cake walk based on your post. If you buy them and resell 'em then the problem might be an issue for the next buyer so you'll likely have to reduce the price to sell it. But unless all ten cars are still in your garage you already know this.

The car I bought from a non Porsche dealer had an accident on the carfax. But I got in touch with previous dealer who told me about the fender bender and told me the shop he got it fixed at. He had sold the car so he had no reason to lie about it to me.
I called the shop and they faxed over the work order with parts that were replaced. Made me fell comfortable enough to buy the car.
You should get verification of the story since I wouldn't trust the dealer one bit.
