2011 C4, is no CPO a no go?

2011 C4, is no CPO a no go?
I'm in the market for my first P-car and have found what I think is a great car - a 2011 C4 w/~13K miles, black/sand beige, turbo wheels, great list of options, stick. It's a very clean car and looks gorgeous.
But there's a catch. I found the car at a non-Porsche used car dealer (located near me) and thus they don't offer CPO. The car has about 9 months left on the original warranty. The dealer bought it at auction and through some sleuthing I found out more about the car's history. It was a car purchased by GE for an exec but still owned by the company. When the exec left, the company put the car into auction (evidently a standard practice).
Given it's low mileage, I'm hopeful that the car is in as good mechanical shape as it looks. I'm getting a PPI done by a very reputable Porsche specialist on Monday to see if there's been any abuse (DME showing high revs, etc.). And get a sense if any underlying issues exist. Given that the car has been through the initial depreciation cliff, my biggest concern is the lack of CPO.
Any opinions? If the PPI checks out and the car is in good mechanical shape, would the lack of CPO deter you? The car is in my budget sweet-spot and will be my daily driver (I'm not a track rat, so no extra wear-and-tear from that activity).
BTW - first time poster here, been lurking for months as I try to find the right car. I love the Porsche community and it's one of the things I look forward to if I get into one!

Sounds like a third-party warranty is in order. Not quite as comprehensive as CPO warranty through Porsche, and you often have to fight for services, but certainly way better than nothing. Sounds like a great car!

With 9 months on the original warranty I would think you could get anything that is a bother fixed before it's up -- after all another two year warranty goes by fast
If it's the one you want go for it and drive it more in the first 9 months then you believe possible - any issues will rise and don't be afraid to nag about the little things because they often change out big things to fix. Hope that makes sense
Good luck
