Another vender here "Emmanuel Designs" had a nice deal on the 82 mm IPD competition plenum that I needed for my GT3 throttle body. And a few weeks ago a fellow 6Speeder had some X51 headers for sale. All parts are being sent to Flat6. Even though March is around the corner it feels like a world away!
"Emmanuel Designs" ?? Who are they?

I never heard of them either until I saw a post in the 997 vender section at the top of the 997 forum page. I contacted them and they had a great price on IPD plenums. No affiliation. Ask for Thomas.

Well guys the motor is in the car and running. Jake is doing a tune on the ECU to squeeze out more power. Pre-tune on his dyno the car was showing 311 RWHP. 330 at the wheels is what Jake is shooting for. Not sure how that translates into HP at the crank though. With any luck I should have it home in a week. Flat 6 has a FB page showing alot of engine **** along with a vid showing the car on the dyno. Look for Pete's 4.0

2nd to last update! The car is done and waiting a transport to pick it on Monday. For conversation sake I attached some dyno charts below showing my car vs a stock 3.8.

UPDATE!

I have had the car for 2 months. I changed the Lobster's to Carerra Sport II's and added an Aerokit in May. The strength of the motor is unbelievable. Torque between 3 and 6K is head snapping. I have 3200 miles on the motor with an oil change at 2K miles. The follow up service from Flat6 is awesome. 1 year warranty with free oil (DT40)! I'm a happy camper. This is how she looked when I got it and now.
