So you do have quality tires and wheels. Have them road force balance the tires.

There's no way NTB will have a road-force balancer, there is only a few of those in all of Austin and all at top-end shops. I wrote off NTB a long time ago even for my mainstream cars after they messed up my Lexus's brake rotors and just seemed to have a non-professional air in the workshop in general. For my regular cars I've found DiscountTire to be much more professional and have never had them do anything poorly.

For my 911, my Porsche dealer doesn't charge all that much more for a mount and balance and they seem to have the best people and equipment. The wheels weights they use are much nicer than the stuff you see at normal shops and they are good at cleanly removing the old ones from the barrels, something you don't normally see.

I would recommend writing off your losses at NTB and paying to have it done well at Porsche or some other high end shop... especially before NTB messes up your nice new wheels with multiple (and possibly poorly done) weight removals.

Edit: And I meant to ask, do you have spacers?

NTB was close to the house instead of my dealer so I gave them a shot. I mean its a tire shop right? They should have the proper equipment to handle all this. They charged me extra for difficulty mount since it 19" rim & low profile tires. I never heard of difficulty mount charge. I don't have any spacer b/c the new wheel sit perfectly flush against the fender.... F-et45mm, R-et 55mm. yeah , I did cut my losses & went to my dealer for a full re-balance & alignment. Like the old say "you get what you pay for" when you go cheap. Lesson learned
