Drivers side lights all out...fuse?
I was driving yesterday and the left sidemarker, side light, and direction indicator all went out.
So I tested the bulbs and put them on the passenger side and they work. Based on that I think a fuse blew on for the drivers side indicator lights.
Any idea guys?

i'm listening...any idea where it is? I looked at the diagram and didn't see anything for the sidelights.

In the fuse box :-)
The fuse box is down by your left foot when sat in the drivers seat. Fuse is Row A - # 4 I believe.
There should be a sheet in the fuse box with the location of all the fuses.

I mean I know where the fuse box is and the diagram, but I don't see anything specific to the lights that are out.

If you decide to make sure that it isn't a fuse, there is a fuse puller inserted at the top of the fuse box (I think it is yellow?) and it would only take a few minutes to pull/examine/replace any possible candidate. One rare occasion it can be hard to see the break so a continuity meter is handy if you have one.
Out of curiosity, are you getting a light-out warning from the CANBUS system? If you are then I would think either the bulb is burned out (but you checked that) or that there is a break in the wiring somewhere. If not, then that raises the question of why not (which I don't have the answer to but maybe the dealer service guys might give you a free answer for if they know it)?

Maybe not that knowledgeable!
I went from a fuse diagram I found online, but now I am looking at the actual one in my vehicle and it is different. I can see separate right and left tail light fuses, but nothing at all for side markers. It must be controlled by the front control unit, which is just one fuse, so it is not a fuse issue.
Questions:
1/ Have you waxed or polished the car recently?
2/ What year is the vehicle? As there are some major differences between the .1 and .2 to the point that they are not really the same vehicle.

Good call on the polishing. The front control unit is susceptible to damage when the bumper cover is polished. This was supposed to have been fixed mid-cycle on the 997.1, but it happened to me on my 2009 997.2.

I've had it happen quite a few times, and the lights start doing crazy things and all sorts of codes get thrown. Fortunately, each time I've just cleared the codes with Durametric and it goes back to normal.

Good to hear you found the problem. I'm hoping you can patch it all back together. Since it sounds like its in a place subject to weather, be sure to use something like solder and heat shrink tubing or grease-capped joins to make sure the connections don't corrode and go out again.
