Nice to see that the "pointy" edge is protected - if something is damaged in shipment, it's usually this edge.

I can take pics when I get home in a few hours of the harness. It truly looks plug and play. I don't think it needs resistors...

If you look at the Delrey video, it's completely different and shows the resistor for certain situations. Interesting difference
