Question 100,000 miles...Now what?

Last week my C4S turned hit the magic 100K mark. Car is running great and I still enjoy driving it today as much as the first day I bought it. In the last 20K miles I have changed the following to prevent any unexpected issues as the car is my year-round daily driver. For those who have gone before me is there anything you would suggest I replace / monitor?

-Water Pump
-Coolant Expansion Tank
-Air Oil Separator
-Coil Packs & Plug
-Oil Change(s), Air Filter(s), Cabin Filter(s)
-Battery (94R)
-Brakes (Rotors & Pads); including a flush

Is 100K considered high mileage? Is 250K reasonable to expect?

100K is a number. A good number I might add but just a number. I have buddies with old 911SC's with 250K on them and all they do is oil, brakes and tires and fix stuff when it fails. Enjoy your wonderful car. Truly, if it "ain't broke, don't fix it"! Usually, it'll tell you if something needs done other than routine maintenance...

What year is your car and is it a 6sp or tip/pdk?

Congrats! Glad to see a 997 with 100k miles.

When did you replace the alternator? Don't flame me but I place a life span of about 50K on the alternator. Again, that is just me. Nothing worst than getting towed trying to save $100.00.

Thanks for the "milestone" on the repairs. Just had service adviser provide part numbers and prices for some of the same items so the budgeting can start, only at 56K though so I may have some time.

Welcome to the 100K club. I hit 100K earlier this year. Now at 107. Looking forward to many more years of driving!

Nice work How long are you planning on keeping it? I think you could go 250K with out a problem, just as long as you keep up on the maintenance, which it sounds like you are.

From what I understand, the 3.0 SC engines continue to be the "bullet proof" Porsche engines.

Let's see if our 3.8 can dethrone the 3.0 SC engine.
