997 2007 135K <$25K ... Should I Buy?

For that amount of coin, I would definitely hold out for something with a little less mileage. Actually, a lotta less mileage.
If you are just looking for a 997 for a DD, then you ca definitely get something a bit less vague.

I know, not in your area.. but just wanted to give a couple of examples.

Im with Tarek... And the miles don't bother me at all. Nor would the wreck, if it was done properly.
A raccoon cracked a bumper of mine on an old P car... bumper, compressor, radiator, paint fade onto adjoining panels was 9 grand. with the airbag to add to the OP's car in question, it is so easy to reach $11k on a simple repair.
Love the white OP. That car, IMO, even having 180K miles on it, if maintained, imo will still be worth $15K down the road should you ever want to sell it. That's a cheap DD given if nothing major needs fixing.
**I noticed the gap on the drivers side of the hood as well.... put your palms down on it, push semi hard until it seats properly with adjoining panel. The rubber stoppers are not adjustable.

exactly, i just did a claim on my car with insurance because of the person parked in front of me backed up too far and bumped my car while pulling out, it just barley cracked the paint on the bumper, insurance quote was $3000 almost lol

I'm not sure how comfortable I am with assessing accident damage based on the cost of repairs. It could be that the damage was relatively insignificant and that was the bonafide cost of a full and careful repair, but it could also be a shoddy repair that deliberately cut corners to keep the cost down and help hide the seriousness of the accident. The fact that the air bag went off is a huge red flag to me -- I would have expected a *lot* higher repair bill for an excellent repair in that case. Lack of photos is also a red flag. Read some threads on how much Diminished Value other people suffer in incidents where air bags deployed and how close it comes to totaling even higher value cars and you'll see what I mean.

It is a one owner and considering he kept the car for that duration after the accident I would ascertain that the repair was done correctly. For that price it would be hard to beat; I would much rather have a high mileage well maintained car then a low mileage track beast. I say for 20/21K it is an exception deal; go for it.
