Cerbo...that's not good news at all. Im looking at some wheels from a site sponsor as well too... if you wouldn't mind, could you either post their name here, or if not comfortable doing so, PM me the company you have been trying to deal with in getting these wheels?

Well sorry to have to do this to a sponsor but they have been less than honest with my dealing on the wheels I ve ordered.
I got no tracking number in a week , they promise 24-72 hours on my invoice.
Customer service stopped returning my call.
Verbal promised delivery time did not happen.
. Others have had the same issues in the past. (BBB check)
Now lets see how they drag their feet in posting my money back to the credit card. ( I was told it s weeks by others)> we ll see.
I ve got time and the internet as my friend.
If Vivid or anyone on the site has a question with the facts I have e mails to back my evaluation of the situation.
I wonder how long my customer review will stay up on their site. LOL. ( now will see how legit that is).

update/ Still nothing from Vivid.
I did contact BBS directly and they were interested in my complaint as it reflects on them too. To be continued....

update/ I have ordered wheels 6 days ago from a sponsor (payed by credit card) and not only are my wheels no where to be found but customer service has not been returning my calls today. Order says I will get a tracking number in 24 to 72 hours This has not happened.
I will update the results. I may cancel and go with either another wheel or another company. Trying to set a fire under them at this point.

Do they have it in stock? It seems like most places don't have them in stock so 24-72 hours for shipping seems unrealistic. When I ordered my custom wheels many years ago, they promise 6-8 weeks delivery, it ended up being nearly 4 months. But they did keep me in the loop, no response from Vivid seems unprofessional.
So I guess they call BBS and the wheels get shipped with a day or so. BUT the dealer should check stock on the part, not the customer. Every time I was on the phone with a vendor it seemed to me that they call BBS to check availability so I don t know where it went wrong and I m not going to bash anyone as long as I am made whole in the end.
Vivid did call back today and stated they are going to credit my card. They did apologize and I think all will end well.
BBS was very responsive too.
