Well sorry to have to do this to a sponsor but they have been less than honest with my dealing on the wheels I ve ordered.
I got no tracking number in a week , they promise 24-72 hours on my invoice.
Customer service stopped returning my call.
Verbal promised delivery time did not happen.
I ve spoken to others who have had the same issues in the past.
Now lets see how they drag their feet in posting my money back to the credit card. ( I was told it s weeks by others)> we ll see.
I ve got time and the internet as my friend.
BBS, Ga. notified and acknowledged.
If Vivid or anyone on the site has a question with the facts I have e mails and PM s to back my evaluation of the situation.

Good talking to you on the phone. ther is no excuse why customer service did not help you while I was out of office. To all that have pmed me and have existing orders I am in office today and gonna grind away and update everyone. I was in a motorcycle crash on the weekend and that is what has caused delays. TO this I apologize and am gonna do what I can to get back to everyone today and promptly!

Vivid has called me and has acted as we would expect a reputable company should at this point.
BBS is also very responsive to the customer.

Mark...were you originally under the impression that the BBS' you were interested in were an in stock item from the vendor?
I looked at the ad, and it seems to point in the direction they are a stocking dealer of all the sizes listed?
