That's great! A slightly cleaner solution is to get a cap in the plumbing section of Home Depot, and attach it with a small hose clamp, at a cost of about $2. Or you can buy a bundled CAI kit for $200 that does the same thing with a molded cap.

On non-s cars you can basically remove the hose from the airbox (the hose on the left) find something to plug it with and replace.

CAI is really a HAI, as it pulls in Hot air from the engine compartment.

One vendor added a carbon fiber "separator" wing and said that would eliminate the induction of the hot air from the engine compartment!

Vendors also stopped calling it a "cold air intake"...new name is "competition air intake".

Don't waste your money, and also cause possible warranty issues.

I think I will stay with the factory set up. Its seems to be the best bet. For added sound I will look for a good Aftermarket Exhaust.

maybe add a velocity stack to that last one to increase speed loss by shorter intake pipe!!
