Thanks for all the inputs thus far.
I am leaning towards TechArt, but I am still receiving conflicting data from suppliers on the amount of drop on a NON PASM car. The figures being quoted are 30mm and 35mm which is a little more than I was looking for.

As a result, I am still considering one more option using OEM parts:

Has anyone had experience using the OEM Sport springs on a NON PASM car?
I am considering this option as it would give me a 20mm drop.

I'm not quite sure where the 30mm and 35mm numbers are coming from - but on a NON PASM 997.2, the TechArt Sport Lowering springs lower the car 20mm. On PASM equipped vehicles, those same springs lower the car 15mm total.

We are direct distributors for TechArt - let me know if you have any other questions, these are a great middle ground before a full coil-over setup gets introduced that most people won't fully be able to take advantage of if you are running the car primarily on the street as a daily driver.

Thanks for the info Jason. I was really surprised to see some of the different specs quoted for the TechArt spring drop by forum members and even different suppliers when compared to what TechArt has on their site.
I assumed some of the differences may come from the "apparent" 10mm height increase in US cars compared to ROW. The Techart site does not list the drop by market/region, only by PASM vs. NON PASM.

The TechArt site states "20mm drop, 15mm with PASM"
This has been interpreted by some as USA spec cars = 30mm drop, 25mm with PASM (because of the 10mm difference).

However, when I looked at the separate PET files for US and ROW 997.2 models I see no difference in the spring part numbers for the respective regions. This makes me question how or if the US models are really configured to be 10mm higher than ROW??? If anyone out there can shed any light on this particular point I would be most appreciative.

In any case I actually decided to go with TechArt because the consensus is that they lower the car the least (similar to Eibach) and the feedback seems to be very good regarding ride quality. I will take clear before and after pics to compare the height.

Anytime!

I haven't seen Porsche change ride heights for different world markets since the air cooled days...where people modded their air cooled P-cars to 'Euro ride height'.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's the case!

We'll see when they get here - I know you will like them.

Based on what I saw in PET, I think you are correct.
It looks like USA and ROW 997.2 are all configured at the same height from the factory. (When comparing like for like models).

I am excited to see how this looks and your impressions of the ride quality.
