New Carrera Owner - Next Step Thoughts?
Hi Everyone,
I just purchased my first 911 (previously owned a 2007 Cayman) - 2007 911 Cabrio Carrera White with 28K miles. In the first two weeks I have swapped out the head unit to the new SPH-DA120 (with Apple CarPlay), cleared the corners, and put on 19" Avant Garde M510s in Dolphin Gray.
Curious to know what folks on this thread think is the next logical upgrade...either performance or aesthetics.
Thanks and look forward to being part of the group.

Changing out the stereo is actual fairly straight forward and not too daunting. My Carrera does not have Bose; however, my Cayman had Bose and I did a head unit swap on that as well.
You will need: http://www.suncoastparts.com/product..._Interioraudio with Bose integration.
This kit comes with everything you will need AND customer support is fantastic and can answer ANY question that you throw at them (you will call the manufacturer Euro Motorspeed directly). Took me about 4 hours to do the Cayman with Bose integration and about 3 hours to install on the Carrera without.
The head unit I went with is the SPH-DA120 and I love it. I placed the Bluetooth mic under the steering wheel and I can even be heard with the top down. Here are two pics of the final installation.

LED DRL are all the SAME, made in Taiwan or China. Buy the cheapest you can find, they do look cool in person and give the 997.1 front bumper look updated. Personally I like the design of the front and rear bumper on 997.1 than 997.2.
