I use VEHICLE ONE... I cannot say enough great things about them. '07 C2S. 3 years ago bought their top tier coverage (included wear/tear) 3 yr/36k for about $3,800.
It has paid for itself. Plus they have NEVER batted an eye to replace something large or small. I'm coming to the end of my warranty with about 114,000 miles. It has served my great! I don't know if they still write Porsche anymore though.

Yeah....
When I got my 06 C4 two years ago I was thinking I didn't need a warranty as everyone swears by Porsche reliability. My wife pushed me to get it and I paid 3700 for 2 years 24k miles. Wasn't happy about the pricing but wanted a good bumper to bumper and didn't have time to shop around.
18 months later and over 19 grand in repairs I sold the car and still got 780 bucks back when canceling the policy.
As long as you make sure to get top tier product and a knowlwgable SA that's willing to do his job and provide good customer service, you'll be fine with fidelity.
