PCM on 997.2 acting strange after battery change
Well I changed my battery and made huge mistake by changing polarity. Then I put the cable on right position and start the engine, all was fine apart from the dead PCM which was not turning on.
I changed the 15amp fuse near the footwell area from the PCM,it was blown. After I changed the PCM fuse radio start to work but here´s no sound coming from the speakers! Navigation is working fine but without no sound, touch screen working perfectly.
Problem is that there is no sound coming from the speakers. When I tried to use the ipod conection or CD disc, no sound coming from speakers too? Did I blown the amplifier? I heard there is a fuse behing the PCM , but this was on a 997.1 PCM car, does the PCM from 997.2 have this same 10amp fuse? My PCM is number V.
Is it difficult to remove the PCM head unit ? Would like to check if there are any fuse behind! Any guidance wuld be helpful. Thanks in advance.
