Between a rock and a hard place
Hello members,
Been lurking around here for a while, a lot of great info.
Between a rock and a hard place, which is a 2010 Carrera S Convertible, manual transmission, 20.500 miles with lots of goodies Bluetooth, Bose High End Sound Package, Sport Chrono Package, Navigation System, Sound Package, Alloy Wheels etc.
On the other hand, a 2013 Carrera Cabriolet, transmission automatic 9.200 miles - Navigation System, Sound Package, Alloy Wheels etc.
Have to make a choice, some input would be greatly appreciated.

depends on if you like a auto or stick... those are the two biggest differences IMO.
Then I d have to consider color/ and which one appealed to me and of coarse , Condition. O wait, Just saw only one is an S. I d go with a 6 speed S any day. Problem solved.

I like both stick or PDK, with PDK I would mod the steering wheel with paddles. The color of the S is black on black; the non S red on black.
I don't care what neighbors or acquaintances opinion's are, I don't buy the car to show-off - The driving experience is important to me.
I owned Ferrari's and the likes when I was younger, I'm semi retired still very active. Never owned a Porsche, this will be my first one.
Many members here on this board with loads of experience, any advise for a new P driver?

I still say buy the newest you can afford. Both cars mentioned are cabs so I would look for a newer cab, S IMHO, with the tranny you want, auto or stick. There are a lot of these cars out there and with the new 911 coming there will be plenty of 2012-15 cars hitting the market. My 2 cents.

Kind a hard, the driving experience with each vehicle was too short for an in-depth opinion, my impression is that the 2013 Carrera is more balanced, nevertheless that might just be in my head.
The 2010 S felt more connected, difficult to explain; like being part of the car and the road in a more profound way. Unfortunately, I can’t elaborate on spirited driving.
