Taking Longer to Start my 997.2
I've noticed that it's taking longer for my 2010 C4S Cab to fire up ...... At times as long as 4-5 seconds. It's fairly consistent whether it's early morning and cold or more normal temps after having been driven. I just put new plugs in ~5k miles ago, everything runs 100% perfectly.
I'm actually coming of my CPO in April 2016 so I'm wondering if this is something that you guys may have experienced and if this is something that I may have the Dealer look at to potentially get covered under CPO....
Any initial suggestions on where to look for diagnosis or solutions?

Battery tendered ? Fully charged? Winter is tough on batteries.
Possible alt cable but not as common as weak battery during this time of year

and maybe a throttle body cleaning too. Not saying this is the issue but a fairly easy DIY attempt to correct it.

babyburner - The weird thing is that this is my DD, putting ~50 miles/day on my work commute (smiling for every one of those miles ). I haven't had any battery charging issues or any other electrical gremlins that would indicate a charging problem, but I guess I should at least check the battery charge level. And given that it's supposed to be 60 degrees in Chicago this week the cold has yet to officially arrive here in the Midwest!
Cerbomark -Thanks for pointing me to the throttle body reset procedure. I'll reset it before I drive home this evening and see if that changes anything and let you guys know

Success! Before driving home tonight I reset the throttle body per cerbomark's suggested thread, and the car fires right up! I think I'll make this part of my monthly maintenance routine ..... I've attached a short video clip showing how quickly it now starts (I really shoulda taken a "before" video to show the 4-5 second lag!).
Thanks for the help on this and hopefully this may help others having a similar problem
