Shock bearing lubrication

Shock bearing lubrication

Grunting noise coming from driver's side shock bearing is back. Tried white lithium grease before and it stopped the noise for a few months but it's back. The bearing and bearing plate looks so new . Is there a better way to lubricate this part? What lubricant is best? It's an inexpensive part but I don't want to go through removing and reassembling and going throu an alignment. The car tracks so well and rides great with current setup.
Noise noticeable only at when turning at slow speeds. Will silicone be better?
