As much as we want everything to be symmetrical, 1/4" variance between the 2 sides is very common. The stock height isn't symmetrical to begin with, how and where you measure also plays a big part. Make sure you are on level ground and after getting measurements, move the car 180 in the same location and measure again. If the measurements are consistent, then you can assume the ground is leveled.


Like ECM2 has stated above, do a visual that both sides sports the same parts.
