Red or black wheels?

Re-plasti dipping wheels and can't decide if the red is too much. If I go with red u would do the mirrors as wheel.

That's a tough one. If the calipers were yellow then red wheels OK. So, I vote black wheels.

I say red, but skip the mirrors. The monotone look is boring, especially with black because a lot of details from the shape and contours of the car get lost and the only thing you see is a single solid black mass.

Personally I would vote no to both. The black it too monotone and the red needs some more stuff, big **** tail, front splitter/smile, etc. Silver Victor Zehns just popped into my brain for some reason, or paint the Carrera Sport wheels silver.

They are gun metal with a silver lip underneath.

I like almost any color wheel better than a black wheel where you lose all the detail of the wheel in the shadow of the wheelwell, but to pull off the red, you will need more than just red wheels, mirror centers, maybe Lowe from air dam or front smile, and really something on the back like spoiler sides, but it looks like you have the OEM rear decklid, so that's not an option.

Honestly, the anthracite with polished lip is probably the best of the 3 options.

I like the red, but agree with others that you will need something more to complete the look.

Thanks for the thoughts. I'm staying with black for now. It's also easier to keep clean.

My best advice, would be red wheels with black calipers. Then get a local vinyl shop to cut a double red stripe to run down the side of the car by the bottom of the door to tie it all together. Then red side mirrors if you want to get that fancy

Red

I'd say red also with maybe Carrara s in red on lower doors. I just did it and it breaks color up.
