**This item is new, but sold with cosmetic blemishes. Minor Scratch on Drivers side inner exhaust tip. passenger side has minor rub marks and a smaller scratch on the outer tail pipe. Sold AS IS Clearance. Function of item is still perfect, just slight flaws in the exhaust tip coating. All damages are shown in the photos.**
