raffi is infamous around these parts
something is wrong, my techart springs which give the least aggressive drop still lowered my car 15mm, and drop was much more noticeable (even initially) than yours.
the eibach should lower at least 1in i think

That sounds like they didn't install them correctly. The higher side isn't seated correctly and I would never rely on just driving the car to fix the problem. This is a Porsche, not a Honda. I would definitely ask them to pull it apart and reseat the spring in the mount.
