I have heard many more issues with iForged compared to HRE. iForged customer service has been questionable in the past. Both are well built, highly functional, and great looking though.

The HRE failures that I have heard of are only on high power (800+ HP) Vipers with racing tires. Expecting a light weight road racing wheel to stand up against repeated standing start launches is more of a user error than product design issue.

The water issues are a result of reverse step lips and will occur on any wheel with that design.

Kinesis F110s. Lighter, stronger, and a touch lighter on the wallet. and oh, definitely less mainstream...well so far hehe.

HREs are great, I had 841Rs on my benz and currently have 441Rs on my slk. Looks great, stands up to a great deal of rough road conditions (potholes etc.) , love my anodized black ceramic dome-etched center caps, and plus you get some "juvenille-you-are-such-a-baller" respect from the young'ns. But the 6-13 week wait killed me, and so did the ever-rising pricing.

I have NOTHING good to say about iForgery.

DPEs are very good also. Finishes and designs are very unique. Prices are relatively cheaper than the rest. And no ridiculous 3-month turnaround time.

I wouldn't consider the TechArts...those things are ridiculously heavy...heavier than my old Brabus monoblock VIs, and I thought those were bad.

Anyone ever consider those ultra-light Volks? hehe or BBS Mags

Good luck though! You have good handful of options, can't go wrong with any of them.

I've always liked Volk, being light and all.

Do they fit Porsches though?

Yeah, they do. Not sure if they have the 997 application yet, since I haven't seen or read about anyone sporting these:

I like Volks too...can't afford BBS mags, but Volks or Kinesis are manageable hehe.

That being said, the Kinesis is a great product. The only one I would eliminate is the iForged.
That's only true when we go through you buddy If it wasn't for you we'd be lost when it comes to HRE! If anyone wants HRE's peter is THE man.

I'm addicted to them... something that's as light as those and yet looks good.. well it kills two birds with one stone.

I could do some work outs with one in each arm... I could probably do at least 20 push ups with those
