What's the overall quality of these wheels, are they heavy, fit/finish, etc etc. I am looking for a set of cheaper but nice wheels for track use.

Victor wheels are made by TSW. From the cheaper priced wheels TSW are good quality, made in South Africa but designed in Germany. They are great for VW's and other cheaper cars because they have a great design, good enough quality and great price. When I saw the Victor line I had my doubts but seem pretty good, I wonder how they would hold up in newer Porsche's.

I'm not normally a fan of black wheels, but those look nice with the chrome lip.
